Our Process

Our professional associates create functional designs for everything that matters. The combination of our made to measure cabinetry, selection of innovative styles, colours and textures will create the prefect expression of your design taste and living.

Our Manufacturing

We blend state-of-the-art, computerized machining with old world, hands-on cabinet-making techniques to achieve the best-constructed and best-finished cabinets.

Cabinets
We use the highest quality melamines and plywoods for our boxes and cabinets.

Joints
Our products are joined by mortise-and-tenon construction with painstaking care. Our doors are hand-made from select woods and medium-density fibreboard (MDF) all hand-finished in our shop to the highest tolerances. All have three-inch frames. Our standard drawer box is solid maple and/or birch dovetail.

Finishes
We have an extensive finishing department which not only has a full line of paint and stain finishes, but also offers glazings, rub-throughs, distressing, and much more. Should you prefer something more to your specific tastes, we proudly offer you your choice of custom finishes.

Hinges
All of our hinges and slides are the latest generation of lifetime-guaranteed Blum, Grass products. Our hinges are clip-on and integrate soft close which can be easily adjusted. All slides are full extension, also with built-in soft close features.
